The Notre Dame-Fairfield boys hockey team held on to an early lead to defeat New Milford 3-2 in an SWC game on Saturday night at the Milford Ice Pavilion Notre Dame jumped out to a 3-0 first-period lead before the Green Wave clawed their way back to within one in the physical contest.
