Hines Sight / Fairfield plans to party like it's 1639

Have you ever wondered whether Roger Ludlow envisioned his community would become such a bustling, vibrant one? When the man founded Fairfield in 1639, then called Unquowa, he bought land from the Pequonnock Indians that stretched from the Sasqua River, now called the Mill River, and the Pequonnock about eight miles inland.
