Report: No 'Scheme' Involved In Fairfield Fire Retirements

FAIRFIELD, Conn. Attorney Alexander Trembicki does not believe Fire Chief Richard Felner made any agreements to give higher pension benefits to recent retirees in the Fairfield Fire Department, he said in a report to the town government last week.
