Ludlowe's Mackno tops among state middle school leaders

The principal of Roger Ludlowe Middle School is at the head of his class. Glenn Mackno, a longtime administrator in the Fairfield public school system, was recognized as the "outstanding middle school administrator" for 2013 by the Connecticut Parent-Teacher-Student Association at its recent awards banquet.
