Beach washout: Andrea runoff closes all town beaches Saturday, Sunday

Because of runoff from more than 4 inches of rain dumped on Fairfield and the rest of the region Friday and early Saturday by Tropical Storm Andrea, swimming is banned at all of the town's beaches this weekend.
