All area residents are invited to attend a public meeting to discuss flood insurance and changes to the coastal map in Fairfield on Aug. 20. The meeting will have a panel from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to discuss how the to protect their investments along the coast.
