James Graceski, 47, of Fairfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Oct 16. at approximately 7:30 a.m. According to police, Graceski turned himself in on an arrest warrant stemming from a missed court date for a Feb. 2012 disorderly conduct charge where he allegedly was intoxicated and hit another man.
