Connecticut Gov. Dannel P. Malloy recently reviewed a report from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority that outlined a full accounting of actions taken to address key issues following a series of incidents in 2013, including two passenger train derailments in Fairfield County and the fatal derailment in the Bronx.
