Robert Michael Smith, 21, of 125 Kenwood Ave. in Fairfield was arrested at Norwalk Superior Court on a warrant for burglary in the 3rd degree , larceny in the 6th degree and conspiracy to commit both burglary and larceny stemming back to incidents that occurred on Nov. 2, 2012 at Youngs Nursery and Rolling Hills Country Club.
