Sean Massey, 41, of Fairfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with emergency calls on Jan. 26 at approximately 1 a.m. According to police, Massey pushed a family member and smashed their cell phone while they attempted to call police, during a physical altercation at a residence on Davis Road in Fairfield.
