A Fairfield man is accused of slapping a woman , who already had a protective order against him, several times with an open hand, according to the Fairfield Citizen. Sunhil Mehta, 45, of Park Avenue, was arrested Sunday night and charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and violating a protective order.
