FAIRFIELD, Conn. Southport Veterinary Center and the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce are holding a Halloween Costume Dog Parade on Saturday, Oct. 25, at Jennings Beach from 2 to 3 p.m. Residents are welcome to bring their pups for a short parade walk on the beach, and to show off their creative Halloween costumes.
