Laura Devlin a candidate for state representative in the 134th District claims that during her one year on the Fairfield RTM she has "fought hard to keep local taxes low while still providing for education and services," but her party line voting record tells a different story. Despite overwhelming opposition from constituents, Devlin voted to cut Fairfield's education budget by $500,000 and the library budget by $75,000.
