Wind Advisory Is In Effect For Southern Fairfield County

The rain that fell overnight is moving eastward, but winds will be a factor for the rest of the morning on Monday. The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory until 11 a.m. Monday that includes Southern Fairfield as well as Southern Westchester, Manhattan, the Bronx and Staten Island.
