Fairfield Police Warn of United Illuminating Impersonator and 'Green Dot' Scam

Fairfield police are warning businesses and utility customers throughout the area of a well-dressed man who has been posing as a United Illuminating Co. representative and demanding immediate payment or their power will be shut off, according to the Connecticut Post.
