A Fairfield woman is due in court Jan. 27 to face charges stemming from the October 2014 crash in which she slammed into Police Chief Gary MacNamara's police cruiser at a traffic light in downtown Fairfield, according to the Fairfield Citizen. The Citizen reports Annick Winokur, 40, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, second-degree reckless endangerment and following too closely.
