Scruffy, the rescue dog that went missing Saturday after running off by the north-bound rest station on I-95 Fairfield, has been found and was safe at home with his new family on Sunday. The family received a tip from someone who saw the story on Patch that Scruffy was missing and spotted him around 9:30 p.m. Saturday night.
