A Fairfield doctor waived his rights and pleaded guilty to illegally prescribing narcotics last week at U.S. District Court in Hartford. Dr. John Katsetos , 53, pleaded guilty last Friday to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute narcotics, and one count of health-care fraud, stemming from the illegal distribution of oxycodone and other controlled substances.
