Some Fairfield residents are upset over a plan for solar-panel installation at the Beanery and Tennis Center on Old Dam Road in the Pine Creek area, according to the Fairfield Citizen. Neighbors to the building expressed little concern over the two panels behind the buildings, but the panel in the parking lot is stirring a lot of concern because they think it will look unattractive and hurt property values, the Citizen reported.
