Tyler Scheinberg, 23, of Fairfield has been charged with drug violations on a warrant issued after an April 9 traffic stop. Tyler Scheinberg , 23, of Flax Road in Fairfield, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of controlled substance and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.
