An unregistered home health-care aide from Fairfield, who has been charged with stealing from clients twice in that town, is also being investigated by police in Norwalk and Westport . Kris Marsan, 47, was most recently arrested by Fairfield police on June 15 when she was caught on camera allegedly stealing more than $5,000 worth of jewelry from her client in September 2014.
