Racist graffiti was found spray-painted on the side of a vacant building in Fairfield on Sunday, NBC Connecticut reported. A swastika, KKK and the phrase "white lives matter" was found spray-painted on a building at 1280 Stratfield Road, NBC Connecticut said.
