Fairfield Police arrested a Bridgeport man on charges of smashing a window of a vehicle parked outside Vinny's Alehouse at 93 Post Road in Fairfield in 2014. Milford police discovered an outstanding arrest warrant for Isaias Rivera of 530 Brooks St. and turned him over to Fairfield Police on Monday.
