A judge Thursday refused to throw out the lawsuit of the father of a 20-year-old disabled woman who died as a result of a fire in her mother's Fairfield home last March. Paul O'Neill , of Hinckley, Ohio, claims his daughter Katherine Rose O'Neill died as a result of the negligence of his ex-wife and her mother Maureen Gerrity , who also died in the fire.
