Joan Kemp Seeber, the loving and devoted mother of Kemp, Dede and Louise, passed away after a long illness July 6, 2015. A memorial Mass will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in St Anthony of Padua Church, 149 S. Pine Creek Road, Fairfield with Father John Baran officiating.
