A woman told police the man could be seen masturbating in his car, but he said he was just following doctor's orders. A Trumbull man was cited for public indecency after a woman accused him of masturbating in his car while at a Fairfield gas station Friday night, however, he reportedly told police he was just following doctor's orders.
