A section of I-95 in Fairfield and Bridgeport has been selected for a pavement preservation project in 2016, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation. The DOT plans to "mill and fill" the 4.2-mile-long part of the highway between the New England Avenue and the Beardsley Avenue overpasses.
