A 43-year-old man was arrested at state Superior Court in Bridgeport last Friday, charged with stealing a car battery and a bucket of tools from a vehicle parked in a local commuter parking lot. Stephen M. Carroll of Colony Street in Bridgeport, was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief.
