Gov. Dannel Malloy confirmed that his administration is in talks to keep General Electric from moving its world headquarters out of Fairfield, according to NBC Connecticut . GE threatened to move out of state - and is rumored to be looking at New York, Georgia and Texas among others - after the Connecticut General Assembly this spring approved a two-year budget with tax increases for multi-national corporations in 2017.
