Christopher Freer, 36, of Ansonia is accused of coming to his sister's house in Fairfield and allegedly assaulting her and choking her , the Fairfield Citizen reports. Police say the incident occurred Friday evening at a Colonnese Drive house and the brother and sister argued over items Freer pawned, the Citizen reports.
