A drunken driver was found in possession of a firearm and with blood on his clothing and his car during a traffic stop, Fairfield Police said. An officer pulled over William S. Jones of 26 Ryegate Terrace, Monroe, after seeing him driving 50 feet on the wrong side of the Post Road on Aug. 8, police said.
