Jason Oliviera , 35, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Stefan R. Underhill to to three years of probation, the first six months of which Oliviera must serve in home confinement and perform 50 hours of community service. According to court documents and statements made in court, on July 23, 2013, Oliviera and David Wolvovsky were arrested at Wolvovsky's home in Fairfield after they received delivery of a package containing a tableting machine that had been ordered from China.
