State Sen. Tony Hwang is teaming with The Buzz Truck to bring free coffee to Metro-North commuters at the Fairfield Metro railroad station on Monday. It's also sure to be a welcome gesture to Fairfield Metro commuters, who use a station that lacks a coffee vendor and public restrooms.
