The Fairfield Museum and History Center will be hosting its fall Gala Benefit, An Artisan Evening, on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 7 to 10 p.m. The event will mark the opening of the Museum's newest exhibit, "Handcrafted: Artisans Past & Present" and will feature cocktails and artisanal cuisine by Susan Kane Catering, demonstrations by exhibiting artisans, entertainment from "Bob & Dave," handcrafted vodka by Tito's and small-batch chocolates from Fascia. The event honors Tom and Mary Hodgman of Sasco Hill Road who have generously supported and nurtured the arts and humanities in Fairfield.
