Anthony Piccolo , 48, of Fairfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession near a school, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. During the investigation, officers seized a small amount of marijuana, two small containers which contained a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia from a car in the school's parking lot, according to the report.
