The barbecued chicken ball, one of the line of arancini featured on the menu of Have A Ball NYC food truck, now based in Fairfield. Chris Dall 'au, who recently moved to Fairfield with his wife Danielle, started the Have A Ball NYC business in Manhattan, primarily wholesaling to Italian markets and catering small events, after graduating from Syracuse University in 2009.
