Matt Storch, chef at The Chelsea and Match restaurants, will be featured at an Oct. 5 program at the Fairfield Public Library. The chef at restaurants both in downtown Fairfield and Norwalk will discuss his career in the next "What's Cooking" program Oct. 5 at the Fairfield Public Library .
