Right from the opening kickoff New Milford seemed to be a step ahead of Notre Dame-Fairfield on Saturday afternoon. New Milford's Ryan Christopher raced 95 yards up the center of the gridiron on the opening return to give the Green Wave a game-long lead in their 34-6 win.
