Blue wave of cops keeps Clam Jam beach bash in check

To keep a lid on Clam Jam, the annual pre-graduation bash hosted by Fairfield University students living at the beach, a large contingent of officers was deployed early Saturday to control the sometimes-raucous crowd on Lantern Point and nearby streets.
