Fairfield First Selectmen Michael Tetreau will head a panel discussion on Hurricane Sandy sponsored by Fairfield University on Oct. 3. Tetreau will be one of three panelists leading the discussion on "Hurricane Sandy: Lessons Learned" at 7 p.m. Oct. 3 at the Fairfield University Bookstore, 1499 Post Road.
