Mohamed Moussa, 24, of Fairfield, was charged with violation of a protective order on Oct. 4 at approximately 5 p.m. According to police, officers received a report of a suspicious car near the loading dock of Nutmeg Bowl, 802 Villa Ave., Fairfield.
