Aydin Cure, 48, of Main Street, Stratford, assaulted a co-worker at Cinzano's Restaurant, 1920 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield, in February and harassed the co-worker about his sexual orientation, calling him derogatory names and making obscene gestures, police said.
