Ference is survived by her children, Hank Ference of Fairfield, Emily F. Marzulla of Southport, Susan M. Prager of East Longmeadow, Mass., and Thomas F. Ference of Fairfield; brother, Michael "Buddy" Sewick of Randolph, N.H.; and five grandchildren.
