A Stratford man, who owns Black Rock Service Center in Bridgeport, is accused of stealing the strobe lights off a Fairfield business' tow truck , according to the Fairfield Citizen. The Citizen reports that Paul Fanciulli, 35, of Victory Street in Stratford, was arrested on a charge of third-degree larceny after investigation by Fairfield police determined that the upright strobe light bars found on a wrecker at Black Rock Service Center were taken from tow trucks owned by Route 1 Auto Body on the Post Road.
