Fairfield firefighters executed an "aggressive, carefully coordinated fire attack" to save a Pine Creek Avenue home and prevent the fire from spreading to adjacent homes on Friday night. The fire was reported around 7:30 p.m. from a Fairfield Beach Road resident who reported seeing smoke and fire coming from the rear of the home.
