Fairfield police arrested a Bridgeport man for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend outside the Sky Hookah Lounge on Kings Highway East early Sunday morning. Joey D. Philson, 22, is accused of confronting the woman as she attempted to get into her car and punching her in the face and kicking her.
