After a 29-year educational career all in Milford, current Assistant Superintendent of Schools for Teaching and Learning Michael Cummings will be leaving at the end of June for a new position in the Fairfield Public Schools system, reports the Milford Mirror. Cummings will assume his new job on July 1 and serve as the new director of elementary education in the Fairfield Public Schools.
