Update: 1 p.m.: The victim in the crash has been identified as Albert J. Kavalecz, 85, of Jay Circle, the Connecticut Post reports. Update 9:45 a.m .: Police Chief Gary MacNamara said on Twitter that the driver in the Black Rock accident died at the hospital.
