Susan Ebel, a 19-year-old Fairfield resident, was charged with possession of narcotics on Monday, Aug. 24, by the Westport Police Department, according to officials. The Westport officers stopped a vehicle on Long Lots Road for an equipment violation, when the police suspected there were narcotics in the vehicle.
