Two 19-year-old Fairfield residents were charged with breach of peace after they were spotted driving down the Post Road wearinng these gas masks and helmets. FAIRFIELD - A teen prank sparked alarm Saturday morning when a mother pushing her child in a stroller saw two men in gas masks and army helmets driving a partially disassembled car through downtown.
